State Bank of La Junta Rolls Out IBT’s Image Teller
 --Community bank finds technology and partner to fit its needs--

Integrated Image Teller eliminates paper by producing “virtual tickets” replacing all internal documents and the cumbersome management of this inventory.  Furthermore, item processing personnel needs are reduced due to the virtual elimination of encoding read failures thereby significantly reducing day 2 processing.

“The installation went very smoothly, this was much better than what we’ve experienced with other vendors in the past and our employees really like the system,” Rose added.  “Integrated Image Teller eliminates a step in the process, so we don’t have to transfer items from the teller station to the bookkeeper’s office.  Consolidating several vendors in to one platform is also very convenient.”
