As the Comptroller of Integrated Bank Technology, Richard G. Kramer brings with him more than 25 years of banking technology experience. Additionally, Mr. Kramer is president of our sister company, Kansas City-based Financial Systems & Equipment, Inc. (FS&E). In this role, Rick directs the marketing, selling, installing and supporting of technically advanced software to the financial community throughout the US.

In addition to co-founding FS&E, Rick has pioneered a series of lucrative business ventures. One was National Source One, LLC (NSO), a Kansas-based software distribution company, which is still in business today. He also serves as the Operations Manager of NSO, where his responsibilities include all operational functions, dealer recruitment, product evaluations, and organizational budgeting, new product acquisitions, as well as vendor, client and employee relations. Other ventures founded by Rick include Banking Equipment Service, Inc. of Springfield Missouri (since merged into FS&E), Electronic Data Personnel, Inc. in Kansas City, MO; and Computer Personnel Limited in Hong Kong.

In the early 1980’s, Rick was also president of Information Services International, Inc. This computer and software sales company was located in Kansas City, MO., and enlisted Mr. Kramer's expertise to ensure operational efficiency and corporate success.

Rick currently resides in Shawnee, Kansas. He is a member of the Business Technology Association, has served as the membership chairman of the Financial Equipment Dealers Support Group for 15 years, and was president of the EZ Teller distributors council for 4 years.

“We had a long history with MRM, so when the company was acquired by IBT we saw it as an opportunity to expand our relationship and take advantage of the innovative technology.”
