Mike Shubert began his career in banking software development in 1992 when he accepted a position with Dataworks, Inc. in San Antonio, Texas. He, along with one other developer, wrote an image based Proof of Deposit system named Recall - Items. This UNIX based version was installed in over 100 community banks and data centers around the country.  

In 1999 Mr. Shubert joined Mr. Capel as a principal in Guaranty Technology, later renamed Integrated Bank Technology. Since that time Mr. Shubert has remained the Software Operations Manger of Integrated Bank Technology.
