Michael Golebiowski has worked in the financial services industry since May 1994 when he joined Micr Resource Management after graduation from college.  Initially, Michael was responsible for the financial aspects of the company by reviewing contracts, insurance agreements, etc.  Thereafter, Michael transitioned into the networking side of the business. After only a few months, Michael was elevated to IT Manager, which has been his primary role ever since. Michael continues in this capacity with Integrated Bank Technology.

During his tenure, Michael has created an entirely new division of service called ‘Complete Network Management’.  Not only was this a new revenue opportunity for the company, but it allowed us to offer turn-key networking solutions to our customers.  As networking talent became increasingly more expensive for community banks,  this service allowed us to offer our customers a better solution at a lower cost, versus keeping the support in-house.  Michael was also responsible for the designing and implementation of our state of the art disaster recovery solution for our Chicago data center.

Michael is a Novell Certified Engineer who is currently working on his Microsoft MCSE and Cisco Certifications.  He graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance.
