i2Statements allows you to take full control of your statement processing.  In addition, our product will keep you in disclosure compliance with built in intelligence that maintains the original disclosure notice printed with the statement.  Since you have the ability to retrieve any statement regardless of age, you can be confident that you and your clients will see the disclosure originally delivered with the statement, regardless how many times it has been changed.

i2Statements utilizes Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) technology to allow folder/inserters to verify the correct pages, page count, and page order prior to inserting the statements into the envelopes.  i2Statements supports the following brands of folder inserters: Pitney Bowes, Neopost, Hasler, and Duplo.

In addition, i2Statements will virtually eliminate the cost of ordering pre-printed statements.  With the use of electronic statement overlays we are able to produce the statement graphics and disclosure information as the statement is being printed.  And, because our statements are integrated with IBE, it will also automatically insert the customer data, name and address information.
