Partnership provides innovative image teller product to financial institutions of all sizes

CEDAR PARK, Texas, Sept. 15, 2008 – Integrated Bank Technology (IBT), a company that specializes in engineering software applications for in-house and ASP environments and provides 24/7 support services to community financial institutions, announced the integration of its Integrated Image Teller with Unisys Corporation’s SmartSource™ Series.  The partnership will give current and future customers the opportunity to reap the benefits of operating in their existing thin client environment, which can lead to saving thousands in patch and security management of teller workstations, reduced courier costs and data processing fees while reducing hardware investment and on going maintenance cost.

Integrated Image Teller eliminates paper by producing “virtual tickets” replacing all internal documents and the cumbersome management of this inventory.  Furthermore, back office personnel needs are reduced due to the virtual elimination of encoding read failures, thereby significantly reducing Day Two processing.  The application is offered with two Unisys devices, a bookend style and an all-in-one style.  The combination of the technologies allows joint customers to improve processing and operate in a more secure and efficient environment.
