Dan S. Baker is the EVP of Operations for Integrated Bank Technology (IBT). His current role at IBT is providing executive management reporting solutions to Integrated Core Environment (ICE) customers as well as consulting services to IBT clients. His broad experience has given him the skill of being well versed in today’s banking challenges and the knowledge of essential products and services to provide solutions to today’s community banks.
Mr. Baker has been involved in executive management of financial institutions and financial services enterprises since 1982. During his banking career, he has successfully held banking positions as President/CEO, EVP of Lending, SVP/Senior Lender, Comptroller and Chief Compliance Officer. He began in the financial services industry in 2001 as SVP of Sales for Total Bank Technology. He was named President of the company shortly before it was sold to Captiva Solutions in 2005. Through a series of sales, the company was later sold to IBT in January 2009 to provide core processing and teller processing to its clients. The acquisition by good luck resulted in Mr. Baker joining the IBT family.
Dan Baker attended the University of Wyoming where he graduated with his Bachelor’s of Science in Microbiology and Genetic Engineering. He also earned his Masters of Business Administration with minors in Finance and Accounting at the same institution. He continued to enhance his education and expertise in his trade by graduating from the ABA Graduate School of Commercial Lending with Distinction, the National Regulation Z School, and the National Regulatory Compliance School as well as becoming a Certified Compliance Officer.
In addition to managing our Denver processing division, he is responsible for all of our client institution’s Core and Call reports. The standard of these reports is unsurpassed in the industry. With his vast experience, he has become one of the leading forces in introducing core services into IBT's product offering.
