Cleveland State Bank Selects IBT Technology for Item Processing
--Bank will roll out solution to its branches and members of credit union service organization--

CEDAR PARK, Texas, Sept. 22, 2009 – Integrated Bank Technology (IBT), a company that specializes in providing core processing and imaging software applications for in-house and ASP environments for financial institutions and provides 24/7 support services, announced that one of its newest customers, Wisconsin-based Cleveland State Bank, has selected its item processing solution.  The bank also owns the WISCUB Service Center, which provides processing to 68 credit unions in the state.  Cleveland State Bank will use IBT’s flagship product, Integrated Bank Technology (IBE), to provide item processing and a fully featured Check 21 solution to all the credit unions.

“We decided to upgrade to imaging technology about two years ago and our current provider was going in a different direction, so we began searching for a new vendor,” Tim Schueler, President at Cleveland State Bank, said.  “We selected IBT because we really like how nimble the company is in the market and how quickly it responds to customer requests.  IBT is large enough to address our needs and yet small enough to move fast and remain ahead of the rest of the industry.”

Cleveland State Bank, as a processing partner for the 68 credit unions, also selected IBT because of its full suite of integrated products and the opportunity to offer them to the credit unions.  The financial institutions will benefit from better image quality and faster service, which aids in fraud detection.  The WISCUB Service Center will also experience the operational efficiencies associated with moving to an electronic imaging environment by eliminating inefficient paper processing.

“We’re hoping that our relationship with IBT will help us with everything from cutting costs and going green to increasing our level of customer service,” Schueler added.  “Our long range plan is to be a total solution for our credit union clients.  We wanted to partner with someone who would bring those solutions to the table and IBT is a perfect fit.”

“We appreciate the confidence that Cleveland State Bank has in our company to provide a cost effective integrated platform to service its 68 clients,” Mike Golebiowski, President at IBT, said.  “The decision by Cleveland State Bank to offer IBE, our flagship product, to them is a great example of that fact. Our products are easy to use and implement and allow credit unions to meet the expectations of their members and remain competitive.”
